Holiday Photoshoot Giveaway

Terms and Conditions:

1. Image Selection: By participating in this photography session giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that the photographer retains the right to choose and provide the final selection of images. The photographer's creative judgment and expertise will be applied in curating the final set of images from the session.

2. Punctuality: It is imperative that participants arrive promptly for their scheduled session. If you arrive late, the photographer reserves the right to shorten the session duration, and you may forfeit your session entirely. Please plan accordingly to make the most of your allocated time.

3. Non-Redeemable for Cash: This photography session giveaway holds no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold. The session is exclusively intended for personal use as outlined in the giveaway terms.

4. Family Members Limitation: The giveaway covers a photography session for no more than five (5) immediate family members. Additional family members may be accommodated at the discretion of the photographer, subject to prior agreement and potential additional fees.

5. Scheduling and Availability: The scheduling of the photography session is subject to the availability of the photographer and must be arranged within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe. The session must take place at a location within the photographer's service area.

6. Usage Rights: The photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images captured during the session. However, the participants will receive a license for personal use, including printing and sharing on social media, with appropriate attribution to the photographer.

7. Expiry: This giveaway is valid exclusively on Sunday, 12/10/2023. The photography session must be scheduled and completed before this date to be eligible.

8. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to the scheduled session or cancellations must be communicated to Labor of Love Birth Center, and may result in forfeiture of the giveaway.
